Setup these Accounts Before the Onboarding Call
Twilio & SendGrid: Twilio will allow your REIFuze account to send out SMS/MMS messages (you'll need to load your account with $20 in credits and turn on auto-recharge). When signing up, you MUST use COMPLETE and ACCURATE information about your business. (Don't sign up as a sole proprietor or DBA because otherwise you will have very low message and phone number limits).SendGrid will allow your REIFuze account to SEND out Email messages (just remain on the free plan for now).
PropStream: This will allow you to pull lists of properties to market in your target area. You need to be on a plan that is a minimum of $97/mo. to pull a large list (which you'll need). If you are already subscribed to a similar mainstream list pulling software, we can use that and you don't have to sign up for this too.
Google Account: This will allow you to RECEIVE emails into the system when people reply to your marketing emails. You are usually going to setup a new email address with Google for this.
