Refund Policy

Unfortunately, merchant accounts don't refund our processing fees (usually 3%) when we issue a refund so we've had to tighten down our refund policies because it actually costs us money to give you a refund now.

We don't issue refunds on these plans. Ever. For any reason. We will, however, do our best to make sure you're happy with the leads. If you're not happy with the lead quality, we'll get you more leads to make up for it. This, however, isn't permission to be unreasonable.

Monthly Plans ($297/mo., $397/mo. & $497/mo.)

All monthly plans come with a 7 day free trial to check out our software, therefore, we don't offer refunds on ANY of our monthly plans. Ever. No exceptions. For any reason. If you want to cancel a future monthly charge you must contact us at least 48 hours before your automatic charge happens. Forgetting to message us about your cancelation isn't a valid reason for requesting a refund.

Yearly Plans

The only plan we offer a 30 day guarantee on is NEW yearly plans. We do NOT offer a guarantee if you took advantage of a free trial and then were charged on a yearly plan.

Chargebacks

As a condition of purchase, if you file a chargeback on an INELIGIBLE REFUND, you will be responsible for an additional $300 chargeback processing fee which we will charge to any payment method we have or have had on file for you (or send it to collections). This is to discourage chargebacks from being used as a weapon when the customer is clearly in the wrong.
