Refund Policy

Unfortunately, merchant accounts don't refund our processing fees (usually 3%) when we issue a refund so we've had to tighten down our refund policies because it actually costs us money to give you a refund now.

Free Trial plans that convert to a paid plan

For any plan that started with a free trial and then converted to a paid plan... there will be NO refunds. Ever. No exceptions. For any reason. If you want to cancel a future monthly charge you must contact us at least 48 hours before your automatic charge happens. Forgetting to message us about your cancelation isn't a valid reason for requesting a refund.

Monthly Plans that DIDN'T have a free trial
Monthly plans without a free trial come with a 30 day guarantee.

Yearly Plans

We offer a 1 year guarantee on yearly plans: Come to at least 1 coaching call every week and, if by the end of 1 year, you haven't made back your investment in REIFuze, we'll give you a full refund.

Chargebacks

As a condition of purchase, if you file a chargeback on an INELIGIBLE REFUND, you will be responsible for an additional $300 chargeback processing fee which we will charge to any payment method we have or have had on file for you (or send it to collections). This is to discourage chargebacks from being used as a weapon when the customer is clearly in the wrong.
